Our original intent was to stay open on Saturdays until the end of July, but an ankle injury on Kelli's part has forced us to change those plans.
We will still have sourdough starter available for free, as well as close-out priced flour and Mindful Loaf merch (shirts & hats) available July 18th & July 25th.
Thank you all for so enthusiastically supporting this wild dream of ours - but it has become clear to us that for our own mental, emotional, and phyiscal health, our lives need to head in a different direction.

For the avid bakers among you, we have 50lb bags of bulk Maine Grains flour (all milled early to mid May with a "use by" date of May 2027) available at well below wholesale direct-from-the-mill pricing. Please contact Kelli @ 207-631-9355 to check availability and arrange for pick up.

using the same equipment.
Any sourdough/baked good may have come into contact

wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans, sesame, sunflower seeds/oil, flaxseed, poppyseed, jalapeno pepper, honey, maple syrup, various fruits, various spices/herbs,
and any other ingredient used in our items.
Due to the nature of baking from our home kitchen,
items may have come into contact with trace amounts of fish or shellfish.
